Weddings at Mali Brae Farm

We are extremely proud to be exclusive caterers to the multi-award winning Mali Brae Farm located in the NSW Southern Highlands. This idyllic 90-acre boutique venue for weddings and private events possesses majestic views and enchanting rural ambience. There are water views of extensive dams, sculptures and garden art, an old boat shed and jetty, a beautiful wet-weather pavilion and acres of landscaped gardens. The farm also boast two self-contained cottages for the bridal party and wedding guests as well as a large venue that seats up to 100. Mali Brae Farm combines charming and authentic colonial dwellings with chic finishing touches straight from the pages of a magazine. Our menu for Mali Brae Farm is constantly evolving, utilising the incredible produce that the Southern Highlands seasonally provides us with. In addition to our standard banquet and alternate drop menus, we also provide a range of services exclusive to the farm including our Argentinian inspired A La Cruz menu. Our grazing table consists of items such as Spanish jamon, sopressa, Hungarian salami, manchego cheese, camembert cheese topped with local honey and figs, Spanish goats cheese w/ rosemary, marinated olives, sweet baby bell peppers stuffed w/ fetta, caramelised onions, dried apricots, Israeli figs, an assortment of nuts, all accompanied by an range of wood fired breads. Our dips and relishes are house made with favourites including pumpkin hummus, semi-dried tomato pesto, beetroot tzatziki, and Sicilian olive tapenade.
